PHysical is an entirely volunteer led charity working to promote youth sport in Perth and Kinross. We work with some wonderful partner organisations in the area helping to break down any barriers to participating in sport or physical activity.

The Positive Beginnings Story
Young Start Positive Beginnings is an ambitious, Perth based, 3-year programme. It brings together some fantastic local community groups including Perth and Kinross Disability Sport and Perth Strathtay Harriers.
‘Working together to empower young people (aged between 14 – 24) with a physical, learning or sensory disability throughout Perth and Kinross to develop their confidence, lead activities, connect with their peers, gain qualifications, training and life skills‘.
